Major Grant Recipient 2020
Australian Dental Health Foundation were the recipients of the major $100,000 grant which will mean the world-class clinic just down the road at St Pats can employ a permanent highly-qualified nurse, that will both improve the outcomes for their patients - by creating continuity of care, and their volunteer dentists - who will be better supported while volunteering their time. This key position will, in turn, assist in creating a sustainable completely free dental service for homeless people.

Impact100 Fremantle is growing and making a lasting and positive impact on the wellbeing of our local community.
We aim to provide non-profit organisations with grants in increments of at least $100,000 across five broad Focus Areas.

Australian Dental Health Foundation
Our mission is to address the inequality between those Australians who can access the dental care they need, and those who can’t. We want better access to quality dental care for all Australians regardless of their financial, geographical or social situation.
The ADHF is perfectly positioned to fund projects that will make a difference. Whether it’s supporting education and training for people in rural Australia, funding dental delivery programs or coordinating an army of volunteer dental professionals to provide pro bono care to the most disadvantaged in our society, we can achieve lasting change.
Connected By Inc
Connected By is a Rehabilitation Activity Service Provider that has been established to support everybody including current and ex-serving ADF personnel, and first responders.
Our services are trusted adjuncts to rehabilitation for medical discharges including post-traumatic stress, and as a framework to develop work readiness, professional development, and reintegration through psychosocial interaction and meaningful engagement.
At Connected By we share creative paths that show people they can achieve things they never thought possible, we help people step forward in a better way by providing a vision that will help people proceed through trauma or life’s traumas. None of us can change the past but we can change the way we look at it and that can change the future.
FremantleMind Inc.
FremantleMind Inc. is focussed on changing the way mental health is viewed and treated in a community setting. We are responsive to the mental health and wellbeing needs of the Fremantle community, providing services that are unavailable or otherwise inaccessible to the community.
We fill gaps in existing community mental health systems by creating an accepting space for community members to access evidence-based community mental health and wellbeing services delivered by registered mental health professionals and individuals with lived experience.
On My Feet
On My Feet was founded in Fremantle, WA in 2014 based on the principle that running can change your life. We provided vulnerable Australians with the opportunity to develop and grow through running, whilst connecting them with employment opportunities.
In 2019, On My Feet undertook a pivot to better harness the power of self-development, education, and exercise in solving homelessness. We established our now flagship Footsteps Program – an Australian leading 6-month self- development course for selected participants which provided weekly educational workshops and weekly training sessions to ultimately transition participants to self-sufficiency.
